A visit to Raffles Hotel starts with a visit to the Jubilee Hall which is one of the main attractions to the hotel. Located at Raffles Hotel Arcade, it is built in the late Victorian style and has a seating capacity of 392. The 392 seats are luxuriously upholstered and there are heavy velvet stage curtains and drapes that form an entrance to the expansive stage.

The hall, which was designed by theatre specialist, Charles Cosler of New York, also has a balcony. It features audio visual presentations, plays, recitals and cultural events. There are also corporate events, award ceromonies and trade launches held here.

The foyer area, adjacent to Jubilee Hall, serves as a place for exhibitons, morning coffee breaks, afternoon teas or cocktail receptions. The Jubilee Hall is located at the Raffles Hotel Arcade.
