But thin is definitely not the thing in hair. An unhealthy diet can cause hair to fall a great deal. Like they say how we eat is how our hair grows

The more likely cause of diet related hair is not maltnutrition but self-imposed crash diet. This is because self-imposed starvation deprives the hair of essential nutrients causing them to stop growing or go into telogen resting stage. The hair is lack of nutrients as when you go on crash diets there is a low count of proteins and vitamins so the body losses its stores of raw materials which are necessary for growth and repair. The body than channels its resources into more essential funtions going and fewer for starting new hair growth causing a great deal of hairloss.

Insufficent intake of iron in the diet may come diffuse thinning of hair. the iron in vegetables is interior compared to that in meat and strict vegetarains may suffer fron iron deficiency.

Eating too much salty and spicy food could also cause hairloss. From a survey done, we found that 65% of people who losses hair enjoys spicy food and 30% of them loves salty food.

Well whatever it is just balance our intake of food and hopefully our hair will stop lossing.

We should avoid fat diets and the nuitritional ciencies that go with them. Eat at least 4 servings of fruits and vegetables ,2 servings of low fat milk, yogurt, a few small portions of protein rich foods and plenty of whole grains daily. Hold fat consumption to 25% of daily calories . Avoid megadoses of vitaminsesp vitamin A as too much of it can cause hairloss.
